  Ella was super accommodating and helped me to find the perfect frames! She was also so friendly and a pleasure to do business with. She even has designer glasses for reasonable prices. Great selection, great place! I'll be going back to Ella's Vision Optical for all of my future glasses purchases.

  I'm very displeased with the type of service I received from one of their agents. I called and left a Voicemail for an apartment that was recently listed. I get a text message days later randomly late at night from the agent apologizing for the late response. Instead of answering my inquiry about the apartment she tried to push me onto two other apartments. I answer her and ask her to call me on Monday and didnt receive a call from her the whole week. I finally text her again about the apartment and she didnt answer me again. Instead she told me she can show me a larger studio for $200 more. I told her I was interested in the first apartment and then again no answer. What kind of operation are you running here? I honestly thought this was a scam from the one word answers she was giving me. I had to scroll back to the beginning of our messages to see how she introduced herself to find out she works for Douglas Elliman. This person honestly knows nothing about customer retention or keeping a client happy. I'm also guessing she doesn't like making money and she's a bad multitasker. I will not go through this company ever. What a bad impression. Get some better agents that want the money. Not play phone tag with people. So unprofessional.

  After years of paying to much and feeling trapped because of past experiences. I finally met a professional insurance brokerage that goes the extra mile to help. The price was lower then my old rate. The owner Larry actually recommended an online company to assure his price was lowest. The price was similar, I was expecting to have to think about saving the most money or getting a licensed broker at a little more. Of course after my initial online quote, It was to cheap for me to pass up. Larry Immediately explained coverages and how many times he notices necessary limits missing or increased deductibles. All of sudden I know what I am talking about thanks to his explanation. Call them to review and let them handle your insurance. I have been insured with them for a few months and I only have 1 call to make for everything. Thank you

  My agent Carol Okin is a gem among professionals! She helped me rent my apartment quickly, efficiently, and professionally. She assisted me in all phases right up to and including preparing the lease and welcoming our new tenants! I wouldn't use any other agent or agency!! Carol Okin and Topper are the Tops!
