  I had the pleasure to work with gull realty when i was looking for a 2 bedroom beach house to rent in long beach this past October. I worked with the real estate agent and broker to find the perfect place for me. Both agent Lisa and broker Maria were very patient and accommodating to me in my search. They were both pleasant and very knowledgeable of the area i was looking at(Long Beach). While showing me homes they took the time to point out all the pros and cons of each home. I am very particular and was relieve that they were patient and thorough while i went through my selection process. They found me a beautiful high end beach house one block from beach that fit my needs. Even after i moved in they checked up on me and house to make sure i was happy. I did have some small issues with plumbing and furniture but they made sure landlord took care of all of the issues before i moved in and after as well. I would not hesitate to recommend them again to any of my friends.
